L2 to H4 Status change

Hi,
I filled i539 for change of status from L2 to H4. Any idea how long it takes to get a reciept number for my application.

Usually, you should get receipt in about 2 to three weeks. Also, you would need to go through Biometrics process. Check H4 Biometrics Experiences to get an idea on the timelines.
