I am currently on L2-EAD( L2 valid till April 2015). Current company in US applying for L2 -> H1B conversion under COS. I will be travelling to India in July 2014 for a month
a) Can I still come back on L2 (since it it valid till April 2015) and get H1B approved petition stamped next year
b) Does my COS become invalid if I donot enter back on H1B (stamped)
c) Is COS & H1B petition interlinked or can it be done seperately
