I am in need of assistance. My husband is working in Dallas awaiting a decision on his L2 renewal after RFE. He has premium processing and company to submit final documents this week hopefully. I am moving back to Texas to join my husband and my L2 status expired in February. If everything is approved for my husband, would I be able to gain L2 status at POE? I am hoping to drive from Calgary to Dallas and cross at the Sweetgrass Montana border crossing. I have heard things are different now. When I received my first L2 status it was in 2017 and I entered through Montana and we drove down, my husband was with me.
Any advice or information is greatly appreciated.
