I am currently on L2 EAD and planning to apply for L2 EAD extension.My husbands company is applying for L1B extension this March 2015. Below are details of our visa and I 94 expiry dates.What are the chances of my EAD approval in current situation.
L2 Visa expired on Jan 2014
L1B visa expired on Jan 2014
L1B I94 expiry on April 22nd 2015
L2 I94 expiry on May 22nd 2016
