I want to know if I can apply for L2 ead extension with my husband’s L1 approval notice. His L1 petition was filed in September and was approved in April. The last time his visa went for extension, I received the approval notice at the same time as him. I am yet to receive my approval notice for this extension. So I was wondering can I file for the EAD without my approval notice?
