Hi,
My wife is currently working on L2 EAD and below are My details
L1A Visa Expiry – Sep 2016
I-94 Expiry – Apr 2016
Passport was expiring on April 2016 and got the new passport but I94 is still valid till the old Passport valid date (April 2016)
Wife L2 Visa expiry – Sep 2016
Wife I-94 expiry – Sep 2016
Wife EAD is getting expired on April due to my I-94
I checked at airport with CBP team they cannot help. So I am travelling out of country Mexico to extend my I-94. Now please suggest/guide how and what I need to do to extend my wife EAD beyond April 2016
