L2 EAD Concurrent filing with L1 visa extension

Hi All, A quick question. I am on L1A visa for which petition will be expiring in Oct 2020 but the visa is valid till July 2021.And for my wife,visa is valid till July 2021 but L2 EAD is expiring in Oct 2020.As I am filing both L1 and L2 extensions right now, is it recommended to do concurrent L2 EAD filing with visa extension or to do it once separately using my L1 filing receipt?
