I got my L1 A blanket VISA stamping done in April. And then I wanted to go for L2 Visa Stamping for my wife. But because of the pandemic, I am not getting any appointment date for my wife.
I was in H1 B and my wife was on H4 earlier in US. We had come back to India in 2019. Now we want to go back to US. My kid is US Citizen.
Can anyone suggest if there is anyway I can get my wife’s L2 Visa stamped.
Is there a L2 stamping waiver program?
Any input will be helpful.
