Does l1b to h1b conversion come under 65k quota?
Which all visas come under 65000 quota please clarify. L1is working already in USA but filing h1b under. New consultancy
Yes, it does fall under 65k Quota. If you were not counted towards cap, you fall under the 65 K cap, unless you apply for H1B at a University or a non-profit agency/ research institute.
