L1B - Travel to different state than I-129S proposed location

Hi Guys,
After L1B approval, can someone travel to a different state in first time US entry? For example, L1B was raised for Orlando, Florida location as client location. In I-129S, proposed work location mentioned as Orlando, Florida.

Can that person travel to California state directly?
Will there be any issue at POE?

It is totally okay if your port of entry is different than your work location.
