L1B to H1B , H1B Approved .. currently in India.. can I come US on L1B

Hi,

I have applied for H1B from L1B status through a consulatant when i am in US. After I came back to India my H1B got approved.



Curretnly my present company wants to send me back to US on L1B, L1B is valid till Sep'13. So here i my question is, can i come to US on L1B, will it be a problem at immigration while entering into US as my H1B got approved.

It should not be a problem, but keep in mind that once you are here and if you plan to switch to H1 again you would need to get the change od status done once again.
