L1B to H1B CoS Approved only for beneficiary. Dependants still pending.

Hi,

My L1B to H1B Cos got approved on 20th Sep.But till date it is in Initial Review for H4 visa of my Dependants. I have two dependants filed along with me in the month of May.

I wnet for premium processing on Sep 10th and so far only mine is approved.

Please could you let me know if dependants status would be done through normal processing only?

Hi Devi,

Usually it takes close to a months time for dependents to get the status approved from L2 to H4. As long as it is in applied status they are legal to be with you. Please do not panic.
