L1B to H1B Cooling period doubt

I stayed in USA from 08-Feb 2015 to 17-March-2020 utilizing full 5 years of L1B.
Moved back to india on 17-March-2020.

H1B filed on 01-April-2020 selected in lottery and petition got approved now for 1 year (01-Oct-2020 to 30-Sep 2021)

if i go visa stamping after 17-March-2021 will i get full 6 years in this H1B petition as i stayed 365 days outside USA ?
