Hi,
I am currently on L1B in US since July 2013. My L1B is valid till June 2016. I have H1B petetion approved valid from October 2013 and valid till Sep 2016. Both are with the same employer and same project.
My employer is ready to raise my GC.
Can i raise my GC now in L1B? And then go for my H1B stamping later around May or June-2015 when i travel to India.
Will there be any impact with my status change if my GC is in process?
