Hi,

I’m preparing for L1B individual documentation, to meet the Specialized knowledge requirement of L1B Individual, do i need to specify only Company developed tool & technology, can’t we specify generic Technologies like Salesforce, Haddop etc, and whatever i’m mentioning Specialized knowledge, what kind of Proof i need to provide to avoid RFE.

VO will look at “generic Technologies” as something anyone can learn and be proficient at and thus does not qualify as specialized knowledge - Admin roles are only known exceptions. It is advisable to specify You company tools/tech , internal methodologies, client internal tools/tech and domain knowledge.
