Hi, I was in US for two years on L1B. When it came near to expiry, my company applied for extension but it was denied after an RFE. Meanwhile I had to stay in US for above five months (around 175 days) after my Visa had got expired (based on extension application). Six months after coming back to India, we applied for a new L1 which got denied again.
Now we are applying for H1 for FY2015. Is there any chance the above post expiry stay in US and/or the couple denials affect the H1 process? Considering though my appliction gets selected in lottery. Thanks in advance for any foresight.
