L1B(co.A)-H1B(co.B) eff oct2014;co.A wants to xfr H1B,can i choose to work with co.B even aftr xfr.

I’m on L1B with (co.A) and have approved H1B with (co.B) effective oct 2014; now my current co.A got to know about my approved H1B and wants to xfr H1B as my L1B is expiring by Dec 2014, can i choose to work with co.B even aftr H1B xfr. If not, what are my options?
