L1B Apeal is Sustained and moved to originated office. What does it mean?

Hi,

After much wait time, atternoy got an update from AAO that ORDER: Appeal is sustained. Now, when I see the status it is stating the case has moved from AAO to originating cener for final decision.

What does it mean? Can anybody clarify?
