L1B and H1B petition validity period after 6 years of USA stay

Hi,

I came to US in march I came to US in march 2009 on L1B. After 4.5 years I got my H1B for which I can work for another 1.5 years to complete my 6 years of physical stay. Does the physical stay calculated in combination of these ? If yes, when I go back to India for cooling period, can I come back to US with the same H1B petition?
