Hi,
My husbands employer is filing for his GC .Currently they are evaluating his profile to see if he qualifies under EB1 category.My husband did work in a Managerial role for the same employer in India for 3 years and here in the US he has been working in a Managerial role for past 4 and a half years.My only question is his petition which was filed in 2009 the year we came in the US shows his title as a Project Leader which was good until 2012.Thereafter the petition which was filed again for extension of visa also shows him as a Project Leader.Though his title stating as a Project Manager is issued by his employer under the letter head of the company.
Does this still qualify him under EB1 category? If not what are the other options?
