I am currently on L1 A visa and wanted to know if I am eligible for a H1B filing in Apr 2013. If I am eligible how much years I will get for my H1B Visa as the maximum years for L1A is 7 years and for H1b is 6 years My Visa got expired in July 2011 and I am on I-94 and it is valid till Nov 2013.
