My l1A visa application is stuck on 221g for last 6 months , they didn’t ask for any documents and kept my passport. I suspect that the consulate has misplaced my passport , how can I request for my passport return?
Consulate approved L2 visa and has already returned the stamped passport.
You can send the consulate an email requesting your passport.
Thanks for your response , when I send them email I get a generic email response that my case is still under admin processing.
