My attorney submitted the RFE documents to USCIS and the same day I see the below status . Please let me know waht does this mean ??
“we updated your name for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, …”
Can someone please provide a response. I want to know what does this statement means ?
It typically means either an attorney name or address change. Dont think too much into it. Some say this is a good sign. I hope this got approved.
This is a generic update and it just indicates an action on your file, nothing to worry about.
