I have Kind of unique situation. I travelled USA In April 2017 on L1A visa which was valid till Mar 2020. I travel back in india for a vacation in Dec 2018 and Came back to USA in Jan 2019 - this time I got my I-94 valid till Jan 2022.
I filled for my L1A extension for same job, same location and same client in March 2020 and got RFE in Jul 2020 . Submitted the RFA and got visa denial today .
Now my question it, I have valid I94 for next 1 and half year. So as my visa extension denied, Am I eligible to continue stay in USA based on my I94.
