L1 with premium processing - what is the time frame after RFE?

Hi,

I am waiting for response for L1 visa. I payed for premium process, and I received RFE. The lawyer sent the RFE response on June 30, but the status say “On July 7, 2016, we received your response to our Request for Evidence”.

When I should expect a final answer? Is it 15 days again as it was in the first round or it may take longer?

And from when the clock starts - from June 30 or from July 7?

The clock is reset and another 15 calendar day window starts from the date RFE response is received. So your case should be adjudicated by July 22 (15 days from July 7).
