hi,
I was on L1 B and my visa had expired but was on extended I 94. i traveled to India for Holidays and reapplied for fresh L1 but got rejected. now my company is applying for L1 B Individual. Another company in US is filing my H1 B for 2016. My plan is to go back on L1 B if it gets approved on or H4 as my spouse is in US on H1.
a) So will there be an issue if i enter US while my H1 B is applied by a different employer?
b) I am not sure whether this is going to be a COS for my H1 B. i have heard that we shouldn’t travel outside US if COS is under process. so was confused how this things work now for my uncertain entry to US scenario.
