I am currently on L1 with employer A and I-94 is valid till Feb, 2015. Employer B filed H1B and current status is RFE.
Employer B telling me that I can work on H1B from Oct 1st even it is under RFE status. Is it legal to work on H1B from Oct 1st even it is under RFE Status ?
Can I continue work on L1 even after Oct 1st if the H1B status is RFE.
Can I continue to work on L1 if H1B will get rejected?
Please clarify me on these.
