Hi, I am on L1 in a indian consultancy firm and currently have I94 till Mar 2014. Company B has filed for H1B with COS.I am not planning to join the company B as I have heard really bad things abt them. What are my options,I want to continue working for my current L1 company.Please reply ASAP
