I am currently on L1B and earlier I held H1B 2007 - 2010. My employer filed under H1B new cap exempt with premium processing.
Receipt Date: 09/14
Status moved to Inital Review on 09/24 with the following message
On September 24, 2013, the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped on your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. A notice was sent on this date explaining the specific reason for stopping the premium processing of your case. This notice will contain detailed information on further action required by you. Your premium processing receipt notice contains contact information for direct inquiries on your case.
I read somewhere that it can be an approval or RFE. Status changed around 3 PM PST and its still there as is. It has not moved to RFE or Approval.
The 797 notice of action that has been sent is it an RFE or Approval? Any Ideas?
