Hi Saurabh,
my H1b visa was filed this year on 11th May by a consultant , i got a petition number and currently the status on USCIS site show “Initial review”. In the mean time my current company (where i am working) is going to file a L1 visa for me.
my question is- Will there be any problems because of this.

if my L1 got approved then do i need to withdraw my H1 petition .

can i have both the visa stamped.
