L1 b 14 months+ 3 years, can I apply for I 94 extension?

I came for shorterms in the first L1 visa so I stayed for 14 months altogether in 3 years with no 1 year extension.then I got 2nd l1 for 3 years and then it’s coming to end now .

So can I apply for I 94 Extension?

You can apply for I-94 extension for a duration such that total time spent inside US on L-1 is not more than 5 years. Do the math of time spent inside US on L-1, and then I-94 extension can be applied for the remaining term.
