I have applied for COS from L-2 to H-4 I-539 for me with I-539A for my son ,applied H-4 EAD for self.
I have received my biometrics appointment for my I-539 after 5 months but my son has not received one yet. After my biometrics is completed, does my H-4 approval depend on my son’s biometrics completion as well? I am worried if my son’s biometrics completion would impact my H-4 & H-4 EAD approval.
Can some one please help?
