Hello, I got terminated today. I am an F1 student on CAP GAP. I had my OPT Extension until Jul 7th. I got my H1-B approved this April-2014. It has to start from Oct 1 2014. I have to find a job within 3 weeks.(2 weeks of notice period + 1 week of vacation time). So I am going to request the employer to keep me employed until Oct 1 2014. What if he accepts?, what if he does not? What after that? Finding a job within 3 weeks is kind of impossible. How can i stay in the US ?I am not getting any ideas. How can one do H1-transfer without H1 starting in the first place?Please help. Thanks
