Job oppurtunity in USA having a H1 stamp

I have 3 yrs of work exp in MNC . I applied thru consultancy for H1 and got my visa stamped . Now i dont have a job in US .My employer is saying its very easy to get a job in US . But can i take a risk and go to US and search for the job.

First thing you need to know is that you have a job in US - it is with the company who has filed your H-1. What you will be looking for is projects assuming your employer is a consutling company. Finding projects can either be easy or difficult depending upon market conditions, your skill set, employer’s connections, location etc.
