Job on New H1B(from H4)

Hi Friends,

Recently I got my H1b approved from H4.I had 5 years experience in India & 2yrs of break after that.Now I am in search of job,so my question is Can I look for permanent Jobs/Do I have go only for Contract jobs.

For permanent Jobs,will they ask for last few months payslips if I go for a visa transfer ?

Appreciate any kind of Suggestions/Replies.

If H1-B has been approved with COS (change of status) - it’s adviced to join the company ASAP, otherwise your status would be invalid & you may face issues in future (for G.C/Stamping etc.)

Yes, you can look for permanent jobs as well. But ensure your status is kept valid. You may consult with an attorney.
