I’ve got H1B Visa stamped this Jan but valid till Nov-11th only and more ever looks like i’ve no project in the current company to fly due to various reasons.
Is that possible to search for a difference company being in India itself ?
Yes you may. And if the new employer is ready to file a new H1B for you, they could use this approval notice to go cap-exempt.

Yes, I think the petition can be extended by the same employer.
If the approved petition expires before they could file extension, the same employer or a new employer can file another cap-exempt petition on your behalf.
