Is this the right time for me to apply for H1

I have an contact of one consulting who is accepting my profile for H1 Process.

Could you please suggest if i would proceed with him , is there the sufficient time for processing H1?

What are the things that i would ask them specifically?

Will this effect in the Selection Process(Lottery)?

Appreciate any quick help …!

Things you can ask them are a copy of the LCA which will contain the wage & location details. You can also ask regarding the kind of projects and clients they have.

This will not effect lottery. All applications that go in from April 1 till the closing date will be considered on par in the lottery.
