Hey This is Palash,

Need your help guys, I am a marine engineer , having 22 year experice, had a discussion with on of the employer and they are offering a ship job at california. To accept this offer they are suggesting me to contact their barister who is in Delhi, had discussion with that person and he has suggested me to apply H`1B visa and processing time which they have given is like 2-3 weeks. To apply the visa the need my passport and related docs. They are asking for 450USD to apply H1B VISA.I have checked the attached form and this 450USD is also mentioned there.

I have visisted USA multiple time with C1D visa, i dont have any LCA and 797,I am confuse here.

SO guys would you please let me know whether this is a process for H1B or not.Is it a fake organization??

Is there any process to obtain H1B visa within 2-3 weeks?

Palash,

What are your highest education qualifications or unique professional experience? Your education and training must meet H-1B criteria. If it does, then the amount being asked is not much. However, please make sure you have researched the barister in Delhi well and also the employer group in California. Routine questions on job responsibilities and their answers will help you assess everything.

Best wishes
