Is there any issue if i travel directly to USA without client letter

Hi,

I had Valid H1 VISA from my Employer, and i was in usa for 4 months.My Employer doesn't had onsite project. So employer asked me to go back india and worked from there tll will get new project.After 3 months my employer got the project for me.Asked to travel back to USA but on old client letter which is expired. My questions are as below,

 

1) Is client letter mandatory at the Port of Entry? The employer will provide a current employment offer letter again.

 

2) How TO JUSTIFY THE 3 MONTH STAY IN INDIA WHILE ACTIVELY ON H1

Please let me know how to deal with this scenario at POE if itcomes.

Its better to have all required document Handy … At port of Entry no one knows what the Immigration Officer wants and what he need from you, Its good to have all required document ready… instead of travelling to USA in a tensed mood all over flight journey…
