Could anybody please tell me whether any quota still open for H1B this calendar year. If so can i expedite through PP. I will be covered under OPT until next June n need to get H1 filed 60 days prior to the OPT expiry
Unfortunately, H1B Visa cap is complete for the fiscal year 2013. You can file for H1B visa 2014 quota. If you file before your OPT expiration next year, you can take advantage of the cap gap provision by USCIS and stay in US and work as well until october 2013.
