HI ,
I worked in Company A and got h1b visa worked for 1 year in US. came back to India I have resigned Company A, joined Company B working from last 2 years. Recently I have checked my h1b status, it was revoked.
Please suggest me Is company A has right to reopen ? Or apply new h1b visa in Company B.
