Is their any time Frame for getting RFE after H1B petitions submission

Hi,

Is their any time Frame for getting RFE after H1B petitions submission. Like if H1B petitions submitted if its comes within 1 months or else its fine from thier end.Or any time even after 6 months they can send RFE.And also duration for RFE response time and review.

RFE’s are usually sent during the time when the decision’s are to be published. Once RFE is issued, a maximum of 90 days is given to submit the requried documents. Once USCIS received your required documents your status moves from RFE to RFE Response Review. The review time will vary from 1 month to 2 months.
