Is OPT Extension being denied for doing unpaid work on OPT?
In 2013 there were cases of OPT Extension denials due to unpaid work. Is the visa denial practice still going on by USCIS or they don’t deny it now after Feb 2014 declaration?
When you apply for extension you must already have or started in a paid job with a e-verified employer. Applying OPT extension for an unpaid work will cause rejection.
