Is my Graduation (B.Sc. in Distance mode) valid for MS in USA

Hello All,

I have total 10 years of experience in IT. Worked for TOP MNCs.

I have done my graduation in distance mode.

Am I eligible to apply for MS in US Universities.

Please advise.

Hi Sanjay,

I also got your private message. Yes, distance mode education is valid if from an accredited University (IGNOU, MGU etc) or given recognition by AICTE assuming you are from India. I always suggest engineers not to overdo their tech qualifications and to go for an MBA. It is cheaper, faster and so much well rounded in terms of your qualifications. An MS will make you a better engineer but an MBA makes you a manager of all such engineers. But the choice is yours.
