My compant has stated it will start filling for my H1B visa on 31st March 2015. Is approved LCA required for first time H1B visa filling? How will my employee file for my visa in the upcoming 2016 lottery?
LCA is must for H1… You don’t need to worry about filing, employer will take care of it. Else you can talk to your employer/attorney about the whole process
