Is it suggestabke to bring 13 years Children for h4 interview or interview waive off would be good option?

Please suggest me whether I should bring my kids 2 , aged 13 years for my h1 /h4 interview?

Kids below 14 qualify for interview waiver.

You may call VFS and confirm if kids can go to interview with parents.
