-I am currently working on L1B for Company’A’
- I Applied H1b through Company’B’ and it got approved (2011) for that I never worked or joined.
My Question is:
1. While working on L1B for Company'A' can I have my unused H1 transferred to Company'C' directly and join them?
Note : I don’t have any i797 approval notice with me and only thing I have is my H1b receipt No.
