Is it possible to get RFE and the status at USCIS site STILL says that “Case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction”? My consultant HR was not very clear with the process and gave me a very non satisfactory answer.I think they are waiting for the attorneys to respond but do not want to tell the employees that they dont have much idea about how many people got the RFE’s.
It is possible that the online status has not been updated but RFE has been issued. I have seen others reporting same issue in the past.
