Is it possible to have 2 LCA for H1B holders?

Is it possible to have 2 LCA for H1B holders? one LCA for employer location and the other one for client location?

Yes, your employer is required to file another LCA if the location of employment is changing and not in the same MSA as the address in original LCA. This also requires amendment to your H1B.
You should discuss your concerns with your employer and their immigration lawyer.

Thanks !! Just for knowledge purpose, is it possible that employer can file multiple LCA during H1B transfer if he can predict that you may work to these many locations (not necessarily you will work in all those locations but it’s just possibility)? If yes then I guess he can avoid amendment at later stage?

It has to be a bonafide job to file LCA.
