I have a valid H1B visa stamped in my passport with a company called X(for eg…) and using the same H1B visa travelling to US… Is it possible to file a new H1B visa from another called Y(for eg) within 15 days of Entering US without getting payslip from the company X. Will i have any issue in getting the petition approval… Please clarify this doubt…
